Founded by Mary Cleaver, a pioneer of the sustainable food movement in New York, Cleaver Co. is a full-service catering company that offers up the freshest and tastiest local delicacies of each season. They’ve served food to the Dalai Lama and Martin Scorcese and have hosted events for Microsoft and Harvard’s Center for Global Health and Environment, just to name a few.
