We joined the Crown Heights CSA last year and we were incredibly please. Since we're only a 2-person household, we opted for the half share, which was more than enough for us (but we're also not a veg-only house). We got a lot of vegetables that we were unfamiliar with, but it forced us to branch out and try new things. I never would have picked up garlic scapes or bok choy at the market, but now I know that I love them. We didn't try the meat or cheese shares, but we probably will this year since you can decide that on a weekly basis.
