Curly’s is adorable! I love going there to get my vegetarian fast-food fix – they have amazing milkshakes and curly fries! Also love the coloring place mats. I just wish it was a bit more kid friendly (seriously, no high chairs?). When a place has crayons and coloring mats on every table you would think they welcome kids into their restaurant. Perhaps they just welcome hipsters who want to act like kids!?

We did not have school lunches where I grew up – but Curly’s Public School Lunch (New School – which is the vegan version) is the best I can imagine! Vegan cheese can be pretty scary (I have tried my share of “plastic resembling” vegan cheese) but be ready to dive into this delicious, creamy, golden version of mac’n'cheese. The first time I dug into this gooey scrumptiousness I had to double check with the chef to make sure it’s actually vegan. Try it!
