DESCRIPTION

GSAPP isn’t just about providing architecture expertise to students and teaching them to design buildings (they do that too), but it is more about providing a framework for redefining the state-of-the-art. Their goal, as they state it, is “not a certain kind of architecture but a certain evolution in architectural intelligence.” Along with architecture, the school offers programs in urban design, historic preservation, urban planning, and real estate development.
