Sorry, but this business was for us the worst experience ever:
We left our puppy with Green Pets for 5 (!) days, he was until then a happy, easy going dog. When picking him up, he had a bite on his snout, lost 2,5 pounds ( which is almost 20% of his own bodyweight ) and a infection. The owner even had a hard time finding our dogs belongings, such as Leash & bed ( which was not even used for our puppy in the cage, he was sleeping on an old rug ). When confronting the owner with the result which was given by a vet in writing, there came nothing but excuses and a Rockstar attidude and at the end he at least agreed to refund our money. Fazit: If you care about your pet, please stay away from this business!
