DESCRIPTION

Housing Works is an amazing resource and the perfect vehicle for being charitable and recycling new and used products at the same time. They sell and accept donations of new and gently-used fashion, accessories, jewelry, furniture, books, and other household items. You can visit one of their 10 retail locations throughout NYC or bid on their store window auctions online. Each location has its own unique stock, so you won’t be finding all of the same items at every location. Donations of clothing, books, and furniture are tax deductible. All profits go towards helping the homeless and people living with AIDS/HIV, in order to provide them with quality housing, health care, and legal protection from discrimination.

My friend bought a yellow puffy vinyl credenza here for $150- who even knew one existed? Super cool furniture
