DESCRIPTION

Hundred Acres is a recent addition to the list of fine-dining establishments that focus on local and organic foods. It hails from the same owners as Cookshop and Five Points, both in the same genre. To them, sustainable foods just taste better. The feel and decor of all the restaurants is the same – classy dining while still comfortable. If you’re looking for granola-green, you’re in the wrong place. The food is very good, but maybe not deserving of the price tag. The $18 locally-raised and grass-fed burger topped with Vermont cheddar is delicious, but not “the best.” Other dishes include smokey Bouchot mussels and a spit-turned Amish chicken.

Hundred Acres has good food, but given the proximity to so many other awesome restaurants in the area, I think they need to step up their flavor game.
