DESCRIPTION
The New York Hall of Science was built for the World’s Fair in 1964 as a hands on science pavilion. Today, it remains a great place to take kids in NYC for an interactive science experience. NYSCI’s mission is to convey the excitement and understanding of science and technology to children, families, teachers and others by galvanizing their curiosity and offering them creative, participatory ways to learn. The institution features the largest collection of hands-on science exhibits in New York City.

This museum has so many fun exhibits! Your younger ones will love this place and there’s a good chance you’ll have as much fun as they do. The science playground was the best.
“The Hall of Science Museum” is a great place to visit with children of all ages. There is a variety of hands-on exhibitions for children to explore science. My husband and I take our five year old daughter often. Every time we go, there is always something new we discover. In addition to their exhibitions there are daily special activities that are available to the public.
