People’s Pops makes Greenmarket fruit popsicles and shaved ice, using locally grown fruits and herbs from city markets. They make classic favorites like strawberry and peach, while also mixing it up with interesting combination pops like blackberry honey and yogurt. The small company doesn’t have a brick and mortar location, but you can find them serving up tasty treat every Saturday at the Hester Street Fair and daily on the High Line near 16th Street.
