DESCRIPTION
Pure Food and Wine’s raw vegan menu is entirely plant based and does not use any processed ingredients. Nothing is heated above approximately 118 degrees in order to preserve vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. Everyone always imagines a menu of just salads, but it’s much more than that. They do not use any dairy or gluten products, and there is no tofu, tempeh or seitan anywhere on the menu. All of their water is filtered through a Tensui water filtration system.

A dinner at Pure Food and Wine is really something special. I’m not vegetarian or vegan and I still absolutely love eating here. You just have to love food! This should be on every New Yorkers list of places they have to eat.
Amazing! I’m not vegan, and my dinner at Pure Food and Wine was one of the best I’ve had in NYC.
Pure Food and Wine is by no means cheap- but worth it. Gramercy Park is expensive (and beautiful) anyway, but the food here is fresh, innovative and amazing. I go for a treat, not day to day eating
