DESCRIPTION

Terroir considers itself to be the “elitist wine bar for everyone,” with two Manhattan locations, consisting of a sizable bar and long communal tables. They offer an extensive list of wines, charcuterie, and other small plates. The wine list, which does include some organically harvested bottles, is lengthy and informative, and is compiled in a silver metal binder. Terroir’s staff is very knowledgeable and is more than happy to allow for tasting, and help you in the selection of a bottle or glass.

Need more hearts to express how much I love this place! Sitting at the bar or at a large communal table, it’s always a good time. Staff is well-versed in all things wine, and the menu is so diverse and delicious!! My faves are the amazing duck confit and frisee salad, and I absolutely love the ricotta meatballs! I plan on returning frequently to try something new.
