DESCRIPTION

Yoga High merges the ancient Yogic traditions and practices passed down over 5,000 years with the modern emphasis on physical challenge and fitness. Yoga High teaches Hatha Vinyasa style yoga which is the “flowing” style.  For students who already have a strong Yoga practice, Yoga High provides a community of fellow practitioners who hold the same value of mindful well-being. Yoga High also offers teacher training, retreats, private classes and special events that recur on a regular basis.

I love Yoga High, the space is beautiful and every one of their teachers is knowledgeable and helpful during and after class.
