Gallery: Mayor Bloomberg Unveils World’s First Green Food Truck Powered...

Yesterday, mayor Michael Bloomberg and Oklahoma clean energy entrepreneur T. Boone Pickens unveiled New York City’s first green mobile food truck powered by compressed natural gas. The Neapolitan Express Pizza truck serves up its slices with the help of Clean Energy Fuels and is all set to make its debut on to the streets of New York’s mobile food scene early next week.

    There is nothing “clean” or “green” about “natural” gas (methane) or T. Boone Pickens.

    This is an improvement over current vehicles. Most cars in Iran have run on natural gas for years. But, what we need are SOLAR powered vehicles. With solar, there are NO greenhouse gas emissions.
    Let’s use the technology we have and turn to the sun.
