<description>Thanks for posting that! Just a few days ago my friend told me about the fact that NYC is one of the most eco-friendly cities among all the world&#039;s major cities. The fact that people living in the NYC leaves less foot print up on this planet was surprising. However, it makes much more sense to me now.

I&#039;m also ecologic enthusiast and I do my part to the maximum extend possible to keep our planet suitable for healthy life. Besides recycling, our foundation had launched Project Green Hands : http://www.projectgreenhands.org/ which for example planted in 2006, 856,587 trees by 256,289 people on a single day achieving the project a place in the Guinness World Book of Records. Project Green Hands is one of the wings of the Isha Foundation, which I full-time volunteer for. The US center of the Isha Foundation non-profit is located in McMinnville TN. http://www.ishafoundation.org/IIIS-US

Thank you for sharing this! Hope that the given informations are gratuitous enough for this post.
