The Daily Record reported this morning that after two years of construction, One World Trade Center‘s steel skeleton is finally complete. Now that the base structure is in place, work on the glass skin and spire, which will bring NYC’s tallest building to its goal height of 1,776 feet, will begin. If all goes as planned, the tower should be ready for tenants by the fourth quarter of 2013 or the first quarter of 2014.
