Andre Lee Bassuet, Upcycled Kimono books

As part of NY Design Week 2013, Brooklyn-based design studio reMade curated a pop-up exhibition featuring a collection of works designed by local artists. Their third show, The Texture of (re)Contextualization: Upcycling The Urban Landscape, called for a varying collection of art, sculpture, furniture, illustrations, eco art and more made from recycled materials and products. Click through our gallery to check out a few of the incredible upcycled works that were displayed.
