Do you have all of the ingredients for an amazing backyard BBQ except for an actual backyard? Don't worry, the folks at The Participation Agency ^[6] have you covered. Their Timeshare Backyard ^[6] allows New Yorkers to rent a private backyard oasis in the heart of the Lower East Side for an affordable price. Rentals kicked off this past weekend so read on to see how you can have your next barbecue, birthday party or outdoor shindig there.

The Timeshare Backyard ^[7] has added a few goodies since last year including picnic tables, lounge chairs, umbrellas and a grill. The space also includes a bathroom, squirt guns, hula hoops and street art.

This patch of grass is available at budget rates—just $100 for an hour and you can invite up to 30 friends to share this green space with you.

The Participation Agency ^[6] is an experiential marketing company that came up with the idea out of nostalgia for their pre-NYC lives, which included a bit more grass and a lot more grilled meat. They wanted to provide New Yorkers with a suburban feeling in the middle of the city.
