Curiosity about 111 West 57th Street has been brewing ever since SHoP Architects unveiled their plans for the ultra-skinny residential tower. The exterior renderings for the 42-ft-wide, 1,421-ft-tall skyscraper certainly caught the eye of many architecture aficionados, but what about the inside of the building? New York YIMBY recently unveiled new interior pics for the project, but don’t let them get your hopes up too much as the swanky homes are expected to start at $14 million and go up to $100+ million.

For a short time, 111 West 57th Street was slated to become the slimmest building in the world, but the project was quickly knocked from that position when Perkins+Will announced an even skinnier 65-story tower planned for 37th Street. Nonetheless, SHoP‘s ambitious project still screams sophistication from its beautiful bronzed exterior to its tony interior design.

The new interior renderings for the supertall tower, which is being developed by JDS Development and Property Markets Group, show breathtaking expansive views of Central Park and column-free living areas. The building’s terra cotta and bronze exterior will be illuminated at night to mark its rightful place amidst the NYC skyline.

Of course, all of this architectural opulence doesn’t come cheap. However, completion on the project is slated for 2017, giving us all plenty of time to save up.
