Built in 1895, the complex originally housed students, and was meant to create an Oxford-like campus in the middle of the city. Encompassing a large lush and private courtyard, the grounds of the original building are like a private park, surrounded by the historic brick buildings.

    Thanks for the story. I want to know when the hotel will become a permanent housing where people can buy suites, live there indefinitely. I would like to be one of those people!
