		<description>This is a nice round up of the project but you missed two of the most interesting pieces: the reclaimed water system and cogeneration plant. 

First, LOTT not only goes to the next level by educating the public about water efficiency.... it provides reclaimed water to users. The building itself is plumbed so that reclaimed water goes straight to toilets, rather than using potable water for flushing. If we\\\\\\\&#039;re really talking about cutting water use, this is the next step and LOTT is (at least somewhat) already there. Second, the cogeneration plant captures waste heat energy and uses it for all the building\\\\\\\&#039;s heating and cooling needs.
