The three towers of the ONS İNCEK luxury residential showroom complex in Ankara, Turkey are enveloped in colorful glass panels that make the complex visible from a distance. Glass plates in six different tones of orange, green and blue visually connect the showroom with a residential complex. Yazgan Design Architecture designed the structure as a flowing volume with an exterior that reflects the diversity of its interior spaces.
The 45,000-square-meter complex contains 992 mock-up apartments organized as a large residential complex located under the central atrium. By using different types of circulation-ramps, stairs and elevators, visitors can move through the space and check out different residential units. The basement level house three fully finished apartment mock-ups, while the residential complex models and sales associates are located at the ground level. The top floor is occupied by private offices.
The building sits atop a landscape designed as layered ripples that follows the natural topography and looks like its flowing from the center of the complex, which forms several garden areas filled with plants indigenous to Ankara.
