Ordinary Plunger Transformed Into a Lamp
Posted By Bridgette Meinhold On April 8, 2009 @ 1:00 pm In DIY,Green Lighting,Recycled Materials | 2 Comments
One of our fifteen finalists in our Spring Greening Design Competition [5], this clever DIY project takes two types of plungers and transforms them into a stylish table lamp [6]. To create it, New Jersey-based industrial designer Michael Andrulewich [7] wired a normal black rubber plunger with an electrical socket and then added an accordion style plunger on top to act as a shade. If you love this plunger lamp as much as we do, vote for it now in our DIY Spring Greening Competition [5]!
