		<description>If I&#039;m not mistaken,  this material is called &quot;EL TAPE&quot;  ( or EL Wire)  That is - Electroluminescnt Wire.

It&#039;s composed of copper wire that is surrounded by the new rare earth phosphors and covered in a plastic sheathing.  When you put an electrical current through it,  it glows.

Really neat looking and extremely low power consumption.</description>
