We’re always delighted to hear about designer Nils Ferber‘s inventive products, so we were thrilled when he sent us his newest project – the “Parasite Farm.” The small-scale nutrient cycle and vermicompost system consists of attractive illuminated plant boxes that fit right into most standard bookshelves. You provide the food scraps and the bugs within the stylish green boxes do the rest. The final result is a crop of fresh veggies grown by you in your own kitchen!
