PCB’s Banned 35 Years Ago in the US Still Found Leaching Into the Environment

Despite the fact that polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) have been banned in the United States for over three decades, traces of the chemicals are still prevalent in the environment. According to a report by Environmental Health News, PCB’s related to yellow dyes, paper products, and a whole host of commercial items are still leaching into the nation’s waterways and human bloodstreams.
