		<description>In response to a MOU between US and Brazil, a team is developing a green airport in the DR that will base a flight training program using Cessna 152s flying on locally produced hydrous ethanol that is more powerful, better and much cheaper than aviation gasoline imported from Venezuela. This represents an important opportunity for countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
