Art historian Adriana Hartley created a collection of ceramic tableware around the idea of recycling old pieces in an aesthetically pleasing way.

We were at Taste Festival for Berlin’s duo Culinary Misfits, which through non-profit arrangements with farmers makes delicious vegetables that can’t be sold because their unusual shapes.

 

Biodegradable paper pulp is proving to be ideal for temporary uses and has a great organic texture. We loved the contrast between Debbie Wijskamp‘s recycled newspaper wares and Lenneke Wispelwey’s porcelain ones!

 

Dutch Maarten Baptist‘s Slow Cooker and Steam Pilaster set is made from glass and renewable cork.

    Its not a hot air balloon. It is obviously a gas balloon.
