The folks at Fisker are saying the new Atlantic will retail starting at $45,000, which is in the same general price range at the Chevy Volt as well as various luxury cars -- and it sure knocks the socks off of it's competition in terms of looks.

    $45k actually is a pretty great price if you don’t need $5 gas and can outrun smokey.
