		<description>Maybe all future construction should go this route.  Build DOWNWARD, while leaving the ground above all green and clean.  No more &quot;city skyline&quot;.  Of course, a lot more energy would be needed for lighting, you lose out on reusable space for solar panels, but you reduce the need for heatingcooling to the extent above ground buildings require.</description>
