BUYER BEWARE – People have been waiting up to 1 year to receive their bike with no reply to emails or phone calls after payment. I am hoping they still honour my friends purchase. They required an upfront payment to proceed with his purchase but they have not returned his emails or phone calls since he paid for a bike mid last year. I tried contacting them myself and got through straight away about a new bike enquiry. I have heard of others with the same problem and hope no one else loses their money. There is no hearing from them after they have received your money.
