A battle is raging even though you don´t know [5] from Noel Arraiz [6] on Vimeo [7].

Pink Intruder [2] constructed an undulating canopy [8] from hexagonal corrugated cardboard boxes to represent a cave, says Miguel Arraiz García, one of the authors and founders of the collective. The structure was made from 3,000 modules stacked and connected to form stalactites and stalagmites [9].

The collective uses urban interventions [10] as a tool for generating creative debate and encouraging the public participation. Their idea for the pavilion was based on the concepts of safety and destruction, with the cave-like structure acting as a symbolic shelter. The piece is titled A Battle Is Raging Even If You’re Not Aware of It – the rage was suppressed until the end of the festival and unleashed by burning the pavilion to the ground.
