Gallery: Pixelated Mesh-Wrapped Garden Spruces Up an Urban Home in Japa...

Although small, the garden adds just the right amount of spruce to the urban home

The designers placed the small garden adjacent to the Oh family’s small, naturally-finished home, where window slices permit a soft infusion of daylight and ensure constant views of the new garden. Sliding glass doors further ensconce the connection between the built and natural environment and send a breeze circulating throughout the house.

When living in a city lacking abundance of all things green, a simple intervention like this beautiful garden really can create the happiness that often comes with being close to nature.
