If you’ve been dreaming of a green roof of your own but don’t have the resources or space, how about living vicariously through your pet? Jardin Chic‘s greenery-topped pet house allows you to plant grass, flowers or veggies right above your dog or cat’s bedroom. Each animal abode is made from recyclable (and recycled, according to the website, though we’re looking into the French to English translation) plastic, and there is even a version for birds.

A cat that doesn’t try to eat a house plant? This picture is obviously photo-chopped.
