Why has WaterAid globally refused to use the technology and used WASRAG (Water and Sanitation Rotary Action Group) to inform all Rotary Groups about this decision ? UNICEF - another serious global player - has published a report which raises serious questions about the technology. If something seems too good to be true - it probably is.
