It may be Fashion Week in New York City [5], but that doesn’t mean fashion isn’t in full swing in other parts of the country. Designer Seth Aaron Henderson [6] – a.k.a. Season 7′s Project Runway [7] winner – just released a sneak peek into his cutting edge new line that takes solar technology as its muse. Set to debut in October at Portland Fashion Week [8], the 15-piece collection features some eye-catching designs that gleam with a great patent look in thigh skimming forms.
