		<description>Someone commented on that the Island Yacht should sit a bit lower in the water! But actually when you consider a tremendously huge ship like say an Air Craft Carrier which only contains some 20 decks in all.

When you consider that these ship are weighed in the millions of tonage, That only a very few decks are actually below the water line, maybe 3 or 4 decks then you can understand that a little air holds up a whole lot of weight.

It&#039;s almost like a 200lbs. pound man trying to hold a 3 pound Basket Ball filled with air, under water. He simply can not do it as the Basket Ball actually lifts the 200lbs. pound man up and out of the water.

So Yes; The designers of this Yacht Island did the math and they know exactly where the water line would fall, what it would take to sink it and just how big of a tidal wave it would take to tip this thing over and I am almost certain that all of that was included in the design planning and specifications.

Also this would be for the very wealthy billionaire types since I figure about 200 Apartments in all maybe less and they are very hard to sell and the Apartments won&#039;t come cheap either, so the designers must think of every detail imaginable. Nothing must be left to chance.

I hope that this settles any doubt about the design of this thing and I personally think that it is a fantastic idea and a tribute to the limitless imagination of man! One day we may see things like this only in outer space. If we last long enough as a species, to see outer space that is.
