The lamp’s illumination can be controlled with two knobs on the main body, one which adjusts for brightness and the other to angle the light to meet user needs. With any lighting adjustments the “wings” of the lamp will move in tandem — a nod to a seagull flapping its wings as it changes course or height.
Utilizing energy-efficient LEDs, the Seagull Light consumes much less energy than traditional fixtures utilizing incandescent bulbs. Boasting the option of specific user control, the lamp is able to provide the perfect amount of illumination whether ambient or more intense task lighting.

While scouring the International Contemporary Furniture Fair for green designs during New York Design Week, we stumbled upon Qis Design’s modern yet fanciful Seagull Light and were instantly smitten. Available in a table, floor and now a suspended pendant version, this LED lamp takes inspiration from the form of a soaring seagull. Infused with flexibility of a bird in flight, the lamp can be positioned in any direction, adjusted for brightness, and you can even fold its wings into any configuration….
