These stunning Coral Reef lamps from QisDesign light up with a just a quick flick of the wrist. Spotted at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair, the lamps feature three overlapping disc-shaped LED lights that can be individually “switched on” when users pivot them on their hinges. Made in collaboration with Taiwan’s National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium, the lamps are designed to evoke nature’s ever-changing qualities.

The LEDs’ small size and low temperature make the lamps easy to maneuver, while the interactive design allows users to control a room’s ambiance without breaking a sweat. You can either switch on all three sections at once or just light a few for a more subdued setting. Readers from Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania can visit QisDesign to order their very own Coral Reef lamps or choose from a host of other beautiful products.
