Brad Ascalon & Angel Naula
Glide Ottoman (Time Capsule Edition)
This piece features a core of reclaimed magazines that replace a conventional wood frame. The idea behind the piece is that many years from now, when print is a thing of the past, this “capsule” has recorded a moment in time from our generation for a future generation to one day discover.
Kevin Michael Burns & Adam Pellecchia
Hard Copy Coffee Table
This design combines Pellecchia’s graphic design and print experience and Burns’ contemporary furniture concept to create a low-fi, new-tech table. The design features a bleached oak top, copper and turned bleach oak legs and a digitally enhanced printed photo of the actual table surface veneered on the top.
Stéphane Hubert Design & Sean Brewer
The plant plateau is made with reclaimed American walkbute with linseed oil and a satin varnish finish. The hives are made from glazed ceramic.
Daniel Moyer & FilzFelt & submaterial
chair [dot] felt
This chair features laminated industrial felt, powder-coated aluminum, white pigmented maple, threaded rod and XL wingnuts.
Scout Regalia & Reunion
You can camp out in this colorful fabric and wood shelter that converts from covered to open air in a jiff.
Brendan Mullins & Kreh Mellick
New Greek Vessels
Wood bowls painted with a contemporary take on a mythical scene.
Token & Uhuru
Blown glass objects of various shapes and sizes.
UM Project & Baggu
This piece is made of duotone lacquered maple base, stainless steel hardware, a natural canvas top, and a brightly-colored shoulder strap matching the leg “sockets”.
Linsdey Adelman & Nancy Callan
Buoy Pendant 01
This globe-shaped pendant lamp incorporates glass cane-work with a plotted pattern of drilled holes and hand-knotted rope web.
Grain & Emilie Baltz
The LOVE Potions are a series of artisanal, “desire-inducing” vodkas inspired by artist Emilie Baltz’s new book, the LOVE FOODBOOK, an art book that presents recipes from 15 modern chefs and mixologists. Grain brings the brews to life in these beautiful bottles.
Allison Goding & Jerry Nance
Lux Apoise, which translates to “balanced light”, combines the elements of architecture, soft circuits, garments and fine furniture. Brass capped ash bows are tensioned towards each other creating a semi-rigid structure which is draped in a textile with LEDs sewn into the linen fabric.
Dana D’Amico & KWH
This desk with porcelain drawer front is a collaborative exercise exploring asymmetry and an unexpected combination of materials.
