		<description>I think that one of the most effective ways to change people&#039;s behavior is to add a &quot;game layer&quot; to fuel consumption feedback.  The key to this would be to make it so that each person&#039;s carkey is tied to their gas consumption score.  This way you could even have people&#039;s score uploaded to internet and compared to other people driving a similar route.  The reason Foursquare has been so successful even though they weren&#039;t the first, they figured out how to turn &quot;checking in&quot; into a game.</description>
