Even though Florida is hot, muggy and beset with pests, Green Sky Growers' rooftop farm produces thousands of pounds of fish and vegetables each year without using a single pesticide. This cutting-edge aquaponics system combines aquaculture and hydroponics to create a closed-loop, eco-friendly farm that supplies many local businesses with fresh, wholesome food.
