The San Francisco Bay Bridge’s 75th anniversary will be one to remember with a massive LED light show suspended from the four towers on the bridge’s west side. The entire span will be covered in 25,000 LED lights, which will be programmed to create an endless display of shimmering, streaming effects that are viewable from across much of the bay and downtown San Francisco. The work, The Bay Lights, is by artist  Leo Villareal, whose penchant for sparkling light installations will be emblazoned for 1.5 miles on the iconic suspension bridge.
