SeARCH‘s Yourtopia home emerges from the landscape like a natural grassy hill. The hill is capped with a pointed circular roof that allows light to enter while deflecting rainwater onto the grassy exterior. The dome is made from prefabricated concrete and steel panels that can be easily assembled and provide excellent insulation.

The minimalist building was designed to be cost-efficient while celebrating architectural design. The center of the home features a lush indoor forest that reaches toward the skylight, filtering both light and air. The forest also provides a bit of privacy within the circular floor plan by obstructing views. SeARCH decorated the interior simply with hammocks, but they will soon add furniture to illustrate the utopian home’s potential.
