Gorgeous! Love it!
i live near this building, its a great design but none of the pictures show the scale of this house alongside its neighbors. if you look at the photos carfully you can see that it towers uncomfortably over the small houses next door.
It’d look far more appropriate as an urban rowhouse, but it’s a nice enough house. At least it avoids the artificial, high-fashion architectural wanking that so commonly passes for the green design aesthetic.
Nice looking house… Perhaps I’m stupid when it comes to real estate in Seattle, but the houses look like your could jump from your roof to the next (ie: close, small lots), and the price tag listed on the builder’s site of $1,149,000 seems excessive ($319/sq ft). It does make my 10 year old traditional 2800 sq ft colonial blah-looking house on 3.5 acres of wooded land in Podunk WI look much nicer! Especially with a price tag of less than a quarter what the house above goes for. Thanks for the reality check and for making me feel better!
Its a beautiful house. I always struggle with this style house sitting in what looks like a 25 year old neighborhood. It just looks to out of place. It would look better in a really old part of the city where some urban revitalization is happening. I do love it though.
My DREAN HOUSE, I love it!!!
nice exterior….. inside is boring, nothing new.
