It is a stunning building, from outside, and helps combat many of Worcester's ugly buildings. On the other hand, when you consider the totality of the project it has been a waste of tax payer’s money. The organisation of the services inside is terrible, it is infuriating to see the tax money wasted on frivolous features and has caused cuts in other council services. After all that trouble and expense, we are left with a different type of service, but not a better service. Worcester's Higher Education College wanted a new facility and persuaded the council to pay for it. What was the point if Worcestershire tax payers are not left with better services?
