Care for a side of social justice with your lunch? Then head on over to Snow Day, a new maple syrup-themed food truck that also provides jobs to formerly incarcerated youngsters, giving them a new lease on life. The wintery cafe-on-wheels debuted its recycled design last week and will soon be dishing out goodies like maple syrup-drizzled grilled cheese, “Sugar on Snow”, savory pancake poppers and more at select locations in NYC.
