		<description>I love this idea- and completely support it... Until I read the part regarding the Swiss economists ideas. Of course- Why should we help people have *free* access to empty PET bottles (most likely easily obtained after being discarded), when we could CHARGE people for them, thus increasing our capitalist influences. People should never have to pay for access to safe, clean water... Even for the sake of helping other impoverished people provide themselves a living wage.</description>
