Here in NZ we're beginning the recovery of Christchurch after earthquakes destroyed our CBD. Looking to 'encourage' green buildings, but I want to see legislation so that we all MUST use renewable resources such as solar panels in our homes and commercial buildings. So encouraging to see this shift...let's see it happen the whole world over! I appreciate the article, thank you.
