We live in paradise. There is no atmosphere, no trees, no easy way to establish agtriculture, and nothing really pretty to look at. The only people I imagine who would go is incredibly well paid miners to mine whatever resources can be extracted from there, and those would have to be some paychecks to make it worth it.
