We've seen some funky houses in our time, but this spiral house in Finland originally designed by artist Olavi Kopose might just take the cake. Clad in sustainable Siberian larch that naturally weathers over time, the green-roofed villa in Espoo has a footprint of just 231 square meters. It wards off the great northern winters with energy-efficient hydronic radiant floor heating, and the interior design is unlike anything we've ever seen.
